Pain down low under belly on...?

For ages now I've had an ache belly between belly on and pubic hairline. This is a constant dull ache. I've got a 10 mth old who I'm always carrying on hip. Could this pain be due to that - its like a pain in my 'core' - if you see what I mean? Could it be my posture? I feed too, so always seem to be sitting awkward. What other symptoms should I look for if it was anything more sinister?????

I was diagnosed yesterday with Acute Anxiety Disorder, I've been shaky, upset tummy, 'not there feeling', forgetful, emotional, loss of appetite, head-achy, not being able to sleep, chest pains, stiff, constantly thinking and not being able to switch off, thinking I am going crazy. It's not abnormal to be upset about this. Just understand that not all bosses are equal. Some are very short-tempered and have absolutely no patience. These types of people should never be put in the positions that they are in as managers, and some even look for things to pick at people about because they know it bothers them and the boss gets a sick thrill out of putting others down. I used to make mistakes printing out stuff at my old job, and our boss knew we really didn't mean to do it just as long as we didn't constantly do it and waste tons of paper all the time. I would say just take your time on your job so maybe you can catch mistakes before they make the final copy. Try to kill your boss with kindness even if you can't stand him. I absolutely love Azawakh and Sloughis, I also adore Bedlington Terriers, I think they're absolutely adorable. And German Shepherds and Doberman Pinschers in no way have an unstable temperament. They are very stable breeds, and only a few bite people. But the FAR majority and I mean FAR majority are great dogs that are perfect angels. It's only stupid uneducated people that don't trust them.

When my SO is in a bad mood, he acts so grouchy that it invariably gets me down. I don't know about your work ethic, but quitting like that is going to bite you in the *** one day. It is really disrespectful to quit without the customary two week notice, and if you need references or a potential employer surprise calls one of those jobs, you won't get the job based on that type of behavior. At 36 weeks, I am measuring a bit off...Experiences?

Thats really odd cause that happened to me too, I was always measuring perfectly 100% spot on, but on my 36 week appointment I measured a week behind. I posted a similar question too because my midwife had not mentioned anything to me, and I only noticed it because I read through my pregnancy record notes for that appointment. Yup. It doesn't look democratic but they have the right to do that because in our system based on the British Parliamentary system, we vote for the MP's not the leaders, and they have a right to form a coalition if they agree on it. Now the Governor General has to give it her rubber stamp. I think she is more likely to do that then to let Harper suspend parliament until January just to avoid a no confidence vote. Whether or not this coalition will be a good thing for Canada, I don't know. Right now I don't have much confidence in the government either way.

I'm a nursing student, but also want to become a CPA?

I have finished year 1 of nursing and I am an LPN. I have 3 more years to finish my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Here's the thing..I'm taking tax prep courses on the side and I love it. My REAL pion is Nursing. I love the patient aspect..but the abuse, coworkers, and extreme stress have made me think twice about committing to it for an entire lifetime. I don't want to be miserable and on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medicines like every other nurse. I LOVE numbers, on the other hand, and find taxes to be quite interesting. I'm organized and pretty good at math, if I can say so myself. My ultimate goal was to have my own tax office and be my own boss..but I know this is going to take a couple of seasons of experience, building clientele, etc. I am doing it part-time, on the side, as I work as a caregiver and finish my Bachelors of Science in Nursing..however...if I want to become a CPA...is this even possible? I don't want to have to wait 10 years to get to my goal...trying to see how to sort out this 5-year plan, for myself, with something realistic. I *do* realize that it MAY be 10 years before I'm really banking some money..but I want to have everything set and in the works. It probably wouldn't hurt for you to give the vet a call just to be sure, but I think the horse is okay. It is possible that the neck is sore from the shots. If so, it may be a week or two for the soreness to work out. They will stagger and stumble a bit if it is the neck. Very scary, but normal. The horse uses the neck for balance. If it is sore they don't want to use it and therefore act as if something is very seriously wrong. Bute or aspirin could help but ask your vet first. (This happened to one of our horses once. It was a sore neck from the shots.)

How do i owe 20,000 worth of child support!!!!!??

I married my wife in 2002. A child support order from the state of texas had been filed when she and I were in college and had our son (she went to go get WIC or TANF or something and they automatically put me on child support) my son was born in 1998. so during this time in school the state was sending her a check , i suppose for the child support amount or just state support or something which when i got a job i had to pay the money back that the state gave her. That money came out of my tax returns which was fine. Then we got married after i went into the army. that child support order came back up and the army was paying it for me as part of my pay or something to that effect. the problem was that it came out of my check but the money came back to the same household 2 or 3 weeks later which started making me late on bills and whatnot.....so she wrote a letter to whoever to stop the child support and give me credit for all amounts owed or something like that. so all the support stopped. then when we separated after i came back from iraq all of a sudden i get a letter saying i am in arrears for 20,000 and they suspended my drivers licences and all kind of crap. i called to the support folks and they said as long as a support order is on the books they don't have to necessarily collect on it but the money accrues still even if all the charges had been dismissed from my wifes letter ( which by the way no one seems to have any knowledge of the letter or all the stuff we did to get the support stopped anyway) so i say ok why did the collection effort stop then and they have no answer except pay the money,....im like how do I owe for all the time since my son was born when i basically have been taking care of them the whole time.....they say pay the money....is this correct?????? Has anyone else had this situation??? what did you do to resolve it??? was a lawyer necessary??? I don't believe i owe this money. WE bought a townhouse three years ago, there are only two so it is more like a duplex. A few months later a couple (elderly) and their son knocked on our door asking about the other unit for sale. We have never been informed of this, and they give us constant complaints about our cars and parking etc. Well, recently we decided to put the house up for sale by owner. Everyone who comes here to look at it, asks who our neighbor is, we tell them and they run. We can't sell the place, and it isn't fair. The couple who bought it knew he was going to be living there, and never told us to this day he is a offender who had just been released. He lives in paranoia, I can't find a babysitter that will watch my kids, because when someone pulls in the driveway, he runs to the windows and stares out at them. Our mailboxes have been smashed dozens of times, I get eggs thrown at my house. This is our home, we paid alot for and now we are suffering and can't get out! What are our rights? We feel cheated, and his parents protect him by making us go through them when we have issues, and I want to move now. Well, I am not too old to cut my own yard, do all my own flower gardening and landscaping, no one is going to dictate to me what I can and cannot do. I will get my driver's license renewed this year because it is time in October and my husband does not drive anymore. "Tension Headache" For The Past Two-Three Weeks?

I moved to California a few weeks ago, and I've been having what I could describe as a tension headache that comes and goes but persists throughout the majority of the day. It worsens whenever I do any strenuous activity, look at bright light, etc. But the weird thing is that sometimes when I sleep it makes it a LOT worse... for example, I just woke up from a five-hour long nap in which I kept waking up, fully aware that my head was pounding, but I just felt so exhausted that I went back to sleep after a couple of minutes. Now that I've finally pulled myself out of bed, my temples are pounding and the back of my head feels like it's got this uncomfortable pain/pressure. Is there any reason why I've been getting this and it's lasting so long?

Okay so I had a lump about a year and a half ago and went to he doctor who said it would ne nothing to worry about but as i was 16 it will be checked out anyway, I went to the hospital where it was scanned with one of those devices (the name has slipped my mind) that they use to do an ultra sonogram... the doctor almost wasn;t taking me seriously and didn't seem like he scanned all the way round but i thought he must be doing it right. A year later I went back to my doctor (not to have a scan) as one testicle is quite bigger than the other, and mildly painful when checking for lumps etc he again said he didn't think it was anything Is it natural for one to be bigger than the other and the lump hurts a bit but they said it was something tissue like i forgot, and is it natural for it to hurt when examined/checked?

Teenage Tent Trauma?

I was recently on a Duke Of Edinburgh expedition. There was a boy in my group who I regulary talked to at school and he would flirt with me most of the time. I don't understand the problem with taking your shoes off at the airport. Have we forgotten a man named Richard Reed (the shoe bomber)? Have we forgotten about the father who hid knives in his daughter's shoe? It seems stupid that someone would try to use thier shoes to conceal a weapon again, but people get caught trying to fly with loaded guns everyday. Not to mention that most footwear has metal strips in them that will alarm the metal detector. I don't see the problem. If you're worried about catching something, wear socks, problem solved. Marine Corps 0511 lat move to 0321?

Has anybody in the Marine Corps heard of that transition? I have strong interest in signing the UZ contract for 0321 but i know Military Police is the smarter move. I would like to try out for 0321 (Recon) once settled into 0511. I have the capability. The former apartment didn't try to contact her or send her any sort of statement. They just sent it to creditors who gave her the statement. Would the creditors giving her the detailed statement be considered debt validation? Also the creditors are stating if she pays the amount (cleaning fee) they can dispute the other charges. Are they trying to trick her? Is it legal to not notify someone about a sum and just send it to creditors? She's tried calling her former apartment complex but they aren't taking her calls. The weirdest thing is that they attached all of her contact information to the statement they gave the creditors, but didn't bother contacting her. Thanks!

I am a benefit junkie, but of the products you mentioned, I have only used 2: 10 and Ooh la lift. 10 is great, but I like Dandelion better for my complexion (the brown in 10 is too dark, I have very fair skin). Ooh la lift doesn' t do all that much, but I don't have puffy eyes/dark circles either. Here are a couple of products I love: You're Bluffing (to cover up blemishes) and That Gal!, which is a pink cream primer before you put on your powder or foundation. That Gal! leaves my skin surprisingly smooth and soft (I have dry skin). I also like Eye Bright, it is awesome and really makes you look fresher and awake. The only product I have used of theirs that I thought totally sucks and was a waste of money is the mascara.

I have severe toothaches due to holes (all the way deep to the gum line) and mouth infections that cause swelling. No one on this earth understands the pain this causes. I take 4- 200mg. ibuprofen and use a small washcloth to put this numbing liquid on the places that hurt. At first it does burn, but then you feel nothing! The numbing stuff is called oral liquid antiseptic. You can only get this at CVS. It is a CVS brand version of Ambesol's liquid antiseptic. I have tried other stores and other brands they don't work as well. They just taste better. Swallow it as little as possible. Get maximum strength and your troubles will be over( or at least you won't have to feel the healing process.)

im going to be totally honest, school is pretty much falling apart. they're doing it wrong and its not even about "learning" anymore. all it is now is about being judged and tested on things they don't teach you well enough and then getting sent home on winter break to do 5 book reports all night long and not being able to open your presents if u don't get straight A's.

All medications have side effects ranging from mild to serious. You obviously can't tolerate the medication that you were taking and it's a good thing that you don't take it anymore. If you had needed anti depressants, then your doctor would have tried you on a different one. It's really good that you don't need such medications, so feel proud of yourself to have moved on. Don't worry about what happened in the past, but do be careful if you take any medications in the future regarding reactions you might get. For example, I can't take the very ordinary and "safe" Neurophen as I am quite allergic to it and become covered in hives. A friend of mine has hallucinations like yours if she takes a certain sleeping tablet - so she doesn't take it!
