Marine Corps 0511 lat move to 0321?

Has anybody in the Marine Corps heard of that transition? I have strong interest in signing the UZ contract for 0321 but i know Military Police is the smarter move. I would like to try out for 0321 (Recon) once settled into 0511. I have the capability. Since most 0321 are Infantry, it makes me think I might never have a chance of getting into 0321 without Infantry training. Opinions?
