Do I have terrible work ethic?

I don't know about your work ethic, but quitting like that is going to bite you in the *** one day. It is really disrespectful to quit without the customary two week notice, and if you need references or a potential employer surprise calls one of those jobs, you won't get the job based on that type of behavior. There are always going to be people who treat you like crap in the workplace, and it's unfortunate, but something you have to learn to deal with maturely without walking out of a job. It's just really bad etiquette.
