Will I ever feel better?

I was diagnosed yesterday with Acute Anxiety Disorder, I've been shaky, upset tummy, 'not there feeling', forgetful, emotional, loss of appetite, head-achy, not being able to sleep, chest pains, stiff, constantly thinking and not being able to switch off, thinking I am going crazy. This has got worse over 3-4 days. Doc has given me Citolapram? and Diazepan? Will these drugs make me feel better? I'm worried I'll never feel 'normal' again.
