Days of our lives question about Lucas?

I missed a few days. I thought Lucas went back to prison after breaking house arrest for the 3 or 4 th time after having with Chole. I saw on soap opera spoilers that he invites her to the Horton cabin. Have i missed something. Cuz when he has roman where talking at the police station they sounded secetative. Whats up
