I've been in a coma for 4 years. Now I am too old to start high school. What do i do?

I was in a coma for 4 years after being in a car accident with my parents. I just woke up a few weeks ago. I have no family and no home. I'm 18 years old. What do I do with my life? I need a job, but I have no education or diploma. I tried talking to doctors but I have no health insurance so I'm invisible to them. Who is Barkan Obama and Ladygaga and KeSha ?? Should I just curl up and die?
