I really, really need a second opinion on this..?

Tell her to STOP and that you're uncomfortable. Tell her like " Mom please don't touch me there, it's really uncomfortable." If she just laughs it off, just tell her in a more serious manner and a stern look. Try to avoid situations that could lead to this. If it goes further on, report her to Social Services.
