Can you envision Nonito Donaire rising up to at least the junior welterweight division?

I believe that sometime in the future, Nonito Donaire can eventually become champion at junior welterweight. Or at the very very VERY least, super featherweight, with a dream match against Juan Manuel Lopez. It may seem farfetch'd, but I think it's possible. Though of course, the majority of you might think otherwise. Your thoughts?
