Carrier for 2year full time Diploma instead of 3year in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering?

I took admission to a Govt. Polytechnic in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering branch through Lateral entry in 2 nd year directly. Hence, I want to know in which PSUs in India, I can apply for job, as I am a 2year Diploma holder instead of 3year duration ? For your kind information I got chance sit for Lateral entry as I completed 10+2 level Vocational education & training from WBSCVE&T.
