HUGE Canker Sore...?

I have severe toothaches due to holes (all the way deep to the gum line) and mouth infections that cause swelling. No one on this earth understands the pain this causes. I take 4- 200mg. ibuprofen and use a small washcloth to put this numbing liquid on the places that hurt. At first it does burn, but then you feel nothing! The numbing stuff is called oral liquid antiseptic. You can only get this at CVS. It is a CVS brand version of Ambesol's liquid antiseptic. I have tried other stores and other brands they don't work as well. They just taste better. Swallow it as little as possible. Get maximum strength and your troubles will be over( or at least you won't have to feel the healing process.)
