I have Ipod 4, I have Youtube account, can I put video on youtube via Ipod?

I either have the Ipod 4 or the one before it but tbh I don't quite know. But the video quality on it is superb goood enough for youtube. But I have intentions on making a video, and I am a cheapskate and can't be bothered buying a video recorder or whatever they're called. Is there a way of uploading a video onto Youtube via Ipod? If so can you please tell me and how. I have never uploaded a video onto Youtube ever. Please help? All help appreciated :)
