I'm a failure on life as of right now?

I feel pretty upset that my chance of staying in community college for 4 years are very likely. Currerently I got a 2.7 GPA and I need a 3.0 GPA to transfer to a decent school in UC San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Irvine. However, I screw myself so much that i won't be able to make it. Am I doom and am i screwed? I'm in mythird year community college and currently I have 61.5 units.
