Do liberals support Eric Holder’s push for the Dayton Police to lower their test standards?

To be fair, the new acceptable grade for Holder and Co. will be an "F", whereas before the acceptable grade was a "D". So the citizens of Dayton are ****** either way when they call 911. The worst part will come when an unqualified dolt is manning the 911 line and someone in need is dead from incompetence, the solution will be "more training", ignoring the time-honored truth that when you take an idiot and you train him, you get a well-trained idiot.
