Whats a good thing to use to make a wed?

me and my friend are going to try to sell things that we make and have a shop too. and i wanted to have a wed. that way we can get it to a lot more ppl then we know. and i didnt want one that was hard to use and had spam and all that bad stuff! =P and i dont know...but i woud like to...you know do back grounds and pout pics and all that good stuff! and it would be good if it was ezy to do that!....some how! =D
