Carburetor problems on snowblower?

I have an older snow blower with a techumesh engine on it. It was running the last couple of years. I took the carburetor off to clean it out. Now I don't have any problem starting the engine or keeping it running but as soon as it start blowing snow with it the engine just doesn't have the power it use to and it just bogs down when I am trying to blow snow. I took both of the adjustment screws and turned them in all the way and then out a turn and a half. Like I said the only problem is while blowing.
